Before the event officially begins, as a two day delegate you will have access to one of our networking activities which include Golf at StoneBridge Gold Club, Afternoon Tea at the Sky Bar at the Resorts World Resort or Clay Pigeon shooting or Go Karting at Adventure Sport Warwick. If you have chosen to take part in an activity (delegates don’t have to take part), starting times will vary so please see below:

Start Time: 12.00 Arrival time for Clay Pigeon Shooting and Go Karting with refreshments and a breakfast roll provided upon arrival.

Location: Sky Bar (Head to the top floor of Resorts World!)

Wednesday 27th May - Evening Welcome Event
(Two day ticket holders only)
The official start of our national conference begins with the Welcome Event, with Trend Tracker as our official Welcome Event Partner
Held in the Vox Conference Centre Foyer, delegates are invited to join us at 5pm until 10pm. Let the networking commence as our event partners exhibition stands will be open throughout the welcome event.
Celebrate the first evening of our conference with drinks and food served on arrival at 5pm.

8.30am Event begins and exhibition opens
The speakers sessions are held in Vox 3 to 5 which can be accessed via the Vox Foyer. To ensure the event stays on time please move swiftly before the next speaker session begins
9.30am - Conference introduction with Fix Auto UK’s Environmental, Social and Governance Manager Cheryl Chung

Fix Auto UK Annual Awards Celebration
EVENING DRINKS PARTNER
Each year, we proudly recognize our Franchise Partners for their outstanding achievements, leadership and commitment to excellence. This awards celebration honors the dedication and results that continue to drive our network forward.
Event attendees are invited to join us for the celebrations at 5:30pm in the main foyer of the Vox. Guests will be welcomed with a drink on arrival, and canapés will be served from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Guests will then be seated at 7:00pm, ahead of the Fix Auto UK National Awards, which begin at 7:15pm.
Food will be served at approximately 8.15pm once the awards have concluded.
