Each year, we present more than 20 awards at our National Conference. One of the most prestigious is the Fix Auto UK Network Employee of the Year Award, which recognises and celebrates the outstanding individuals within the Fix Auto UK Bodyshop network.

Award Criteria

We are looking for clear, specific examples of how the nominee has gone above and beyond in their role, demonstrating a positive and measurable impact on the business, while clearly aligning with Fix Auto UK values and highlighting what makes the nomination truly stand out.

Award Details

The winner from each region will be selected by a judging panel consisting of Ian Pugh, Mark Hutchins and Mark Richards. Regional winners will be announced during the evening awards celebration, which begins at 5.30pm at the Vox Conference Centre.

Winners will receive full access to both days of the Conference (Wednesday 27th May and Thursday 28th May), along with a two-night stay at the Hilton Metropole Hotel.
