The award to unearth the leading Franchise Partner operating within each of our five regions. Calculated by two fields. The first uses various operating metrics encompassing overall operating performance recorded between April 1st, 2024, and March 31st, 2025. This embraces lead times achieved, key-to-key, hours worked per day and NPS and Trustpilot measurements. In addition, our Regional Business Managers answer 10 questions designed to illustrate the roles played by Franchise Partners.

Nigel Luffman Award (Apprentices of the Year)
Presented in memory of inspirational colleague Nigel Luffman who sadly passed away in 2021. Before his passing, Nigel was fiercely dedicated to nurturing young and new talent in the industry. This award fittingly honours 3 apprentices, nominated by business owners and Regional Business Managers, who has excelled over the last 12 months.

The seed for the Group we see today, was sown by Fix Auto Dagenham in March 2005, so it seems apt to support a well-deserved charity so close to all within Dagenham. As part of our 2025 Special Recognition Award at this year’s event, Fix Auto UK has chosen to raise funds for the Sycamore Trust, a charity that is extremely close to all with our Dagenham repairer – and fortuitously, the charity is also celebrating its 20th anniversary.
Like many small charities, The Sycamore Trust needs to raise money to maintain its essential services to support those with autism and their families. We’re proud to support a cause close to the local community of Dagenham and one that Chris, Neil and Paul have personally supported for many years.
