As part of our invitation, you’ll have access to the whole event, plus an exclusive site visit to a flagship Fix Auto UK site, Fix Auto Cheltenham and a 3 night hotel stay in the Crowne Plaza.

WEDNESDAY 27TH MAY 2026

Wednesday Daytime - Networking Activities

Before the event officially begins, as a two day delegate you will have access to one of our networking activities which include Golf at Stonebridge Golf Centre, Afternoon Tea at the Sky Bar at the Resorts World Resort or Clay Pigeon Shooting or Go Karting at Adventure Sport Warwick. If you have chosen to take part in an activity (delegates don’t have to take part), starting times will vary so please see below.

Wednesday Evening - Official Welcome Event

The official start of the Fix Auto UK National Conference begins with the Welcome Event.

Held in the Vox Conference Centre Foyer, delegates are invited to join us at 5pm until 10pm. Let the networking commence as our event partners exhibition stands will be open throughout the welcome event.

Celebrate the first evening of our conference with drinks on arrival with food stands opening at 7pm.

THURSDAY 28TH MAY 2026

Thursday Daytime - Conference Day & Exhibition

Doors to the Vox exhibition area open at 8.30am with the official welcome at 9.30am. To view the speaker schedule see below.

The exhibition area will be open from 8.30am until 4.00pm in the Vox Foyer.

Speakers conclude at approximately 4.00pm. Delegates will need to leave the Vox venue at 4.15pm so we can change over for the evening event.

Thursday Evening - Fix Auto UK Awards Celebration, sponsored by Distrigo

Event attendees are invited back to the Vox for 5.30pm to join us for the annual Fix Auto UK National Awards celebration, hosted by comedian Ed Bryne. Guests will be met with a drink on arrival and a three course meal will be served once the awards have concluded around 8pm.

FRIDAY 29TH MAY

We welcome delegates to join us on a site visit to a flagship Fix Auto UK Franchise Partner in Cheltenham. Transport will be provided and will leave the Resorts World complex at 9am to arrive in Cheltenham at approximately 10am. More information on the transport pick up location will be supplied closer to the event.

At the site, we will be providing a tour and networking with one of the leading Franchisees in the UK.  Lunch will be provided before delegates are free to make their own way back to their desired destination.

HOTEL INFORMATON

As mentioned, your ticket will cover a three night stay (Tuesday 26th, Wednesday 27th & Thursday 28th) in the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Check in is available from 2pm on Tuesday 26th May and check out on Friday 29th May is at 11am with the room booked under your name.

The 4-star Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC is nestled in beautifully landscaped grounds, offering a serene escape just 0.4 miles from the Resorts World Arena and NEC. With Birmingham International Airport and Rail Station within 1.5 miles, this hotel is perfectly positioned for both business and leisure travelers. GETTING TO THE VOX CONFERENCE VENUE

The VOX Conference Centre can be accessed via the Lakeside Entrance or the main shopping level. The path from the Crowne Plaza will lead you to the Lakeside entrance into Resorts World, whereby the VOX is situated on the second floor of the VOX - there is a lift outside Nandos. Alternatively if you come in via the main shopping level the lift is by Las Iguana’s.

ON THE DAY

The VOX is situated on the second floor of the Resorts World Shopping Complex - there is a lift outside Nando’s. Alternatively if you come in via the main shopping level the lift is by Las Iguana’s. On arrival, please sign in at the registration desk where you will be issued an ID card and a lanyard. This will ensure you are able to access the venue throughout the event.

RESORTS WORLD

Outside of the Conference opening hours, Resorts World has plenty of amenities.

The Sky Bar can be accessed via a lift from the second floor or by the Genting Hotel on the first floor and is open from 8.00am to 10.00pm.

The Casino is on the first floor and is open from 10.00am to 5.00am - please note a membership is required which can be obtained upon entry.

CAR PARKING

We ask that all delegates park in South 6 which is situated a short walk from the Resorts World Lakeside Entrance and will be signposted for delegates. Parking in S6 is free, you just need to validate your car parking ticket at the event registration desk.

There is a multi-storey car park inside Resorts World that has limited availability and is not free for delegates. It does have an EV charge points on level B of our multi-storey car park, they are a mix of 7kw and 22kw chargers which are charged at 49p per kWh.
