2026 National Conference Franchise Partner Tickets
We’re excited to launch the 2026 Fix Auto UK National Conference, following our 20 year celebration, this year’s theme will be NEXUS which is defined as a connection or series of connections linking two or more things!
The event will be held on Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th May and once again will be held at the VOX Conference Centre inside the Resorts World Birmingham.
Every year we try to progress the event for both our Franchise Partners and suppliers who attend. For 2025 we saw 105 ‘locations’ attend which was an increase from 93 in 2024 and 75 in 2022 and 2023.
The primary goal of the Conference is to host Franchise Partners and supplier partners so they can network and celebrate, with 2026 being no different. For the conference to succeed we require 100% participation from the network to ensure everyone is engaged and make the most out of being part of the Franchise. Our goal is to ensure every Franchise Partner has the opportunity to engage with fellow Franchisees, Head Office colleagues, and supplier partners. The Conference is the only time during the year when we all come together, making it a vital opportunity to strengthen and celebrate our Fix Family.

For 2026, Franchise Partners can choose how they pay for their National Conference tickets, please see more details below.
Different from last year, all Franchise Partner hotel rooms will be in the Hilton Metropole - we are not offering rooms in the Genting or Moxy.
Ticketing Terms
All tickets will need to be confirmed or purchased via the conference website by Friday 31st October 2025 and can either be paid for on the website or you can opt to utilise a DD set up by our accounts team.
If you are a MSO it is expected that at least one representative from each location should attend, for example if you have 3 sites then there should be 3 attendees.

Option 1 - Card Payment via the Website

Pay for your tickets in full at the time of booking via the website
You’ll receive a confirmation upon booking, please keep this as a receipt for your tickets
Option 2 - Direct Debit
Select the tickets you’d like to buy (scroll down) and add them to your cart
At checkout use code CONFERENCEDD. This will reduce your total to £0 at the time of booking.
Our accounts team will initiate a Direct Debit from the 1st November – 30th April splitting the payment over 6 months.
You’ll receive a confirmation upon booking via your email, please keep this as a record of the tickets you’ve confirmed
Franchise Partner Attendance
It’s recommended that as a minimum, Franchise Partners should attend the Thursday 28th May for the Conference and Evening Awards Ceremony.
If you have not confirmed your attendance by Friday 31st October we will charge each Franchise Partner the cost of a Thursday Ticket with a one night stay which is £599.00 + VAT as part of the 6 month Direct Debit starting 1st November.
This covers attendance for one person at the Conference on Thursday, 28th May, including a one-night stay at the Hilton Metropole on Thursday night.
