Tasks

  • Set Up Registration Desk

  • Help with branding on tee 1

  • Ensuring guests are checked in, registered and know their 4 ball teams. The teams will be sent out beforehand.

  • Send Helen Smith results once completed via email

Key Information

  • The first tee time is 10.28am with tee times proceeding in 8 minute intervals.

  • We are playing on the Blythe/Somers

  • Guests have been told to arrive for 9.30am at the Somers Suite Room. Breakfast will be served in here from 9.30am

  • There are 40 golfers in teams of 4. The format is a Stableford Competition, comprising of teams of 4 with a nearest the pin on the 8th hole.

    The venue will provide a table for checking in

  • Scoring included and completed by the Golf Shop - please speak to them as one of the first tasks so they are aware

  • Prizes to be given out Wednesday evening (directly to delegates - no presentation). Scores to be emailed to Helen Smith. These include vouchers for teams 1st, 2nd and 3rd plus a nearest the pin winner prize which will be a golf bag. There will be on paid for that is set aside for us so please bring this back to the VOX.

  • Golf buggies can be hired for £35 - we do not have a buggy booked for us

  • Half Way House tab to be paid via invoice to us centrally

Afternoon Tea

  • 12:30am - Meet Liz Bayliss at Conference Registration (in the VOX) & go up to the Sky Bar

  • 13:00 - Guests Arrive at the Sky Bar

  • 16:00 - Afternoon Tea Finishes
